@@jayb2901 . If you look at the whole world and how drug cartels and mafia group work. There definitely more money and drug outside of praion than in them. You basically saying theres tons of drugs in prison which logically doesn't make sense.

I think he was maybe getting carried away or exaggerating. Obviously that's not true but maybe he's also speaking proportionally? Like per capita I guess using that metric there might be more drugs per prisoner than than drugs per person in the general population. But the one of money can't be argued even on a per capita basis
