Thankyou so much for watching that means a lot ! A doctor will examine each person in a separate room where it's private. They will do height, weight, pregnancy test, drug test, spine test, etc

There's a no nail polish rule so they can check to see if a person has fungus or signs of low iron

Hey Thankyou for watching ! My advice would be to start working out at local gyms, I recommend drinking lots of water and cutting out any foods that are unhealthy. If I were you, I would get in touch with your recruiter because he/she might be able to train with you. I remember me and my recruiter used to work out together at the gym. Work on Cardio routines and if you can't get to a gym work out at home with someone (sibling, parent, friend etc.) let me know how everything goes ! ❤️

Not exactly. On average, once a person completes the whole MEPS process and passes everything, they will do a swearing in ceremony that same day. And typically, they will ship out the next day or a few days after that.

sorry about the late reply no you cant have any nail polish on hands or feet because they have to examine your hands & feet to see if you have any signs of low iron, nail fungus, etc

Any advice for gaining weight what if I fail my weight test how long would it be if I do fail? Oh wait nvm you said it at the end I’m 117 and my height is 5’ 7

You have to be above 95 lbs to join the army so your good ! But if you still want to gain more, I recommend asking your recruiter for health/fitness tips because a lot of them are trained to help new people prepare. My recruiter went to the gym with me and we did lots of exercises together. For weight gain I recommend eating lots of peanut butter, oatmeal, and protein!

What shots do they give you? Like vaccines?

You will get array of different shots, but if you bring your civilian medical record card you might not need as much. But in general, each soldier will get 7 shots in one arm. Some of them are for Measles, Mumps, Tetanus, Polio, Rubella, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B.

I am headed to MEPS this Friday for my physical. I am prior service. I served in the military from 2009-2017. I am worried about the hearing test. Are the beeps in the same rhythm. Like every five seconds there's a beep

Wow that's so awesome Thankyou for your service ! The hearing test is very easy but a bit tricky cause some of the beeps will be so faint that you can barely hear them. But my recruiter always told me to press it anyways just to be safe cause some of the tones you can barely hear but they're there. The key is don't overthink it though and listen very carefully to the sounds. You should be fine I'm pretty sure everything will be fine ! I wish you luck on Friday I know you can do it ! Make sure you bring water for all the urine tests and don't eat anything sugary that morning for blood work 😊.

What’s on the psych evaluation test?

Heyy, they pretty much ask a lot of questions to see how you think mentally. Intelligence tests are used to measure a person's overall level of intellectual functioning. They also have Personality Testing such as True/False Questions. Personality tests are self-reported inventories that are used to assess personal traits and behaviors. For example they could ask you: "Are you a person who gets easily distracted?" (True or False) and you'll pick which one best fits you. There's really no right or wrong answer, but the purpose of the Psychological test is a way to see how people think. Hope that helps! Please subscribe and Thankyou for watching 💜

For MEPS if you eat anything sugary that morning, when they take your blood they might noticed a slight spike and that can affect your test results. No nerves don't really count but eating a lot of sugary muffins and cakes at the hotel can affect the results lol. The psychological tests analysis how a person thinks such a behavior, or questions about different scenarios
