I really love and admired Arden’s story, I too have been into weight lifting since I was only 14 in junior high, however I still managed to get passing grades. My aunt had encouraged me to keep working hard since she had competited in the 1985 women’s weight lifting championship., Every month and certain 4 hrs a day for me was a struggle until I hit junior year. But now I’m focusing on still getting in shape.

These stories are amazing! A bit repatitive but so fun and addicting to watch. Half of the time the videos are the same thing but told with different names, but something about it is so, so enchanting. I've overcomplicated it LOL

"im tired of pepole saying" You just want attention for your post. People don't say women "can't" be bodybuilders since there are female bodybuilders. And if you ACTUALLY would lift, you'd know that "bodybuilder" is completely different from "competing in weightlifting". Bodybuilders are the ones competing in having the most beautiful body. And you'd know there are definitely girls doing that. But speaking of lifting, female pro lifters of course can't lift even half of what male pro lifters manage. And men age 75 has a stronger hand grip than women in their 20s. Men have 40% more upper body strength. I could go on.

@@Toyota900 If she actually would lift weights instead of posting for attention, she'd know that "bodybuilder" isn't "compete in weightlifting" like in this video. Bodybuilders are the ones who compete in who has the most beautiful body on stage. And women definitely compete in that. As for pro lifters, there are women doing that too, so no one says "women can't be". That's a like bait. But female pro lifters of course lift less than half of what men do.
