This vlog was so fun to watch ✨ my family and I did PHL to HKG (through Cathay as well) and we would like to thank you for your Frozen World merch vlog! We were able to get a good idea of the stuff we could get. ☺️ As for this vlog, the travel day ones are really helpful since it gives a realistic view of what to expect when in transit.

This was such a relaxing and wholesome video. If you need feedback to determine whether to make more videos like this or not, I would say definitely go for it. The quiet atmosphere before the train ride, in the hotel and plane is such a nice contrast to the usual chatter of crowds in the shop. Plus, its extremely fun to see how traveling works in general between the countries

I stayed at the Explorers Lodge during my family vacation in Hong Kong November last year, and watching this video is actually bringing back some nostalgic tears. It was one of the few vacations where my family and I didn't come with a tour group, we arranged and came by ourselves, I met with my best friend in that lobby after having not seen him in person for 6-7 years -- so many memories are flooding back

I loved this video. We recently did Tokyo Disney sea and found it easy to get to. The train station just dumps you out at the park! Very different than Disneyland Anaheim which feels trickier

Dude I envy you so much! As a black American who lived in Japan for years and went both to TDR and HKDL tons of times I miss living there. I actually been to Hong Kong again in 2019 and plan to try and go again next year for Frozen and stay at the Explorer hotel. Waiting until the TDR Fantasy Spring area opens. Haven't been to TDR since 2007. 😥 Can't wait to watch the rest of your trip!

we took the taxi to hong Kong disney - with 2 of us it was around the same price as getting the MTR (maybe a bit more expensive) but so much less time as you are direct door to door, not changing subways plus then getting a bus to resort hotel.

Yes! Not having to take the resort bus after arriving on the mtr station makes all the difference once you’ve been on a long plane ride. You just wanna get to the hotel 😭

4 1/2 hr flight, woo hoo 😊 I’d be happy with that. I’m travelling to Iceland mid Jan & I’m looking at 37 hrs 😮 it will be worth it. I’m looking at Japan next Sept/Oct, so I’ll start researching when I’m home. Oh & I have a few days at Disneyland Paris, can’t wait 😊😊

Only 6 in the morning? Your lucky. When I fly from Berlin to Disneyland Paris I am at the airport at 4:30 in the morning. When at Hong Kong Disneyland I like staying at the Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel.

hi chris because I have adhd and Asperger I am a very nervous person and when I lived in Japan and I took the train once eventhoug I knew the route I asked many times it was in 2011 so there weren't smart phones I dont know if I could take the train the way you did you made it look so simple 🕶

I've seen mixed. I think the more rural areas don't have English mainly due to not knowing English vs the city areas seem more accommodating or have tech translation options. Depends where/what you want to visit.

Japan is super fun to visit! I don't speak any or read any and at least in Tokyo it was fine. I took a day trip or two to a few close to Tokyo but not Tokyo towns and getting around was still not too difficult

You should come! You’ll be fine in most situations with only speaking English. But knowing a few more words will definitely help.

Love the video! But just for future guests if you're staying in HK (so not going direct from airport) please don't get a taxi! The mtr will take you straight to Disneyland, takes 30 mins from Central, and a fraction of the cost ❤
