Great video on a difficult topic. People really need to share their experiences with anxiety. Many of us suffer in silence, afraid to speak out. Society has a lot of messed up, unspoken "rules" about emotions. We are not our emotions, but when we live inauthentically, we are completely run by them. Kudos to you for having the courage to speak up. ✨💚✌🌈🌟
