I have ONE thing to say. Never trust a Dispatcher. They control you; they will lie to you. I was in trucking for 40 years, and it was the same way back then. They would say hurry up and get this load there, they are waiting on it, when you get there, they didn't know you were coming or tell you to run over your hours, you can do it. The Dispatcher to me was your problem. Sorry for the Termination it will be worth it in the long run. God Bless. Semper Fi.

If I had had a million mile driver with your safety and service record, not to mention work ethic, I would have given that driver the moon on a silver platter. But I didn't and my company failed. A trucking company is only as good as its drivers and I know one that is no longer as good as it was. And that is their loss, not yours.

@@Pouncy honestly I agree. There was almost no effort to stop me or make me change my mind or offer time to think about it. The Safety director was just like "well everyone's got their line in the sand". Ryan immediately wanted to send me to SpringMo. After I negotiated for Salt Lake City, they made a point to dead head me 450+ miles from Georgia to nearly Ohio to get a load that would go directly to Utah. They definitely seem to want me gone asap.

@@LilDragonIndustriesLLC It wasn't lost on me that the safety director got that line from me and I did not appreciate it one little bit. Obviously he is incapable of an original thought of his own. You can and will do better anywhere else. 💜

I'd be curious to know if they are forcing out any other drivers who are one lease away from being vetted.

@@Pouncy no way for me to know. However, the rumor Mill online has included a theory that the cameras were meant to make people want to quit in order to downsize the fleet due to the ongoing poor freight situation.
