Sorry to hear about you experience. I just bought a Ridley Fenix SLiC Ultegra, also got it on discount for €2700. Not having any issues yet-let's hope it stays that way!

I have a Fenix Slic but it was assembled by me in August, it works great, I bought it because it was painted white and gold, it's my second road bike and I've already had several mountain bikes. So far, the Fenix is ok, but it's a pity that the frame is not EU.

It looks like it's a normal behavior from Ridley, no quality control and no customer service...

don't worry, that's why I bought the frame itself, it was done by a well-known service center in my area, after which I had to repair half of the bike and now it's great. As for the video, Ridley doesn't make equipment, but he should take care of the customer.
