In honor of September being suicide prevention month I thought I'd share my experience. This video is completley raw. I only removed me getting up and closing the window. This took a lot of courage. I still feel like I didn't even say much :(

Stay strong I’ve had the same situation when I was small but knew that I had to be there for not only my self but also for my parents and family members so I’m fine now and I’m sort of introverted still but it takes me awhile to warm up to people but yeah just people who are going through these types of situations then please contact an a family members and tell them what’s happening and don’t be afraid to tell them what’s happening to you
