Fabulous job, Willem! I am considering the pallet/container garden this spring/summer for larger veggies, along with with your vertical bottle garden for herbs and smaller veggies. I have a problem with watering in the hot southern summers of the south(USA) and this looks like a nice possibility for a higher food yield and my water bill! Thank you and please keep posting ideas and revisions to your experiments.
