Hearing Holmzie talk about hi bi-polar is something we need more of. I know mental health is used a lot against people in battles but it's something we shouldn't be afraid to get help for. When he couldn't answer Knowledge about what that worst episode was about, I felt him. Those disorders fuck with your head in ways that you don't even know something is wrong until you get some moment of clarity. IT feels like everything is crashing but it also doesn't feel like something is wrong with you; that you are functioning correctly as your crashing. Good on him for being honest about it and I hope it encourages other people to come and seek help if they are trying to white knuckle through some shit.

All the mental talks and discussions in this episode was super dope, especially the talks on anxiety because to this day im battling with that right now on my own and its really hard to get through and i had grown to have the same problem with weed enhancing my anxiety as well so i stopped smoking all together trying to fix myself in better ways like getting checked out w/ doctors and all that. i literally thought i was the only person that felt like that with weed having my anxiety cuz everyone would knock me for stopping or diss me saying i couldnt hang when in reality i had a battle within myself that i was fighting and making worse... this episode was real special to me love the show ya'll and hope to see more of Holmzie in battle rap fr'z
