Weight loss is hard, but with patient 🙏🏾 and consistency, we can do it. No bread, only wheat bread, fruits and veggies, a little bread, skinless chicken grilled, baked or boiled, salads tablespoon of dressing on salad 🥗 😋 water 64 ozs a day, one glass of water before every meal to help fill u up. Walk daily 3 miles at least. Use extra virgin olive oil and real butter. Low fat yogurt, lactose free milk, low fat, nuts, and grain. Eat before 6 pm. Drink only water 💧 after 6 pm. After months, u will be very small. Use a journal to record your progress. ❤ by December, u will be thin. Invest in dome good organic multi vitamins to boost your metabolism.

Hello Beautiful, I feel ya. I had quite a journey to lose weight and get my hair together too after several years on prednisone. It’s no joke but just stay encouraged. You’ve already got the healthy eating habits down so you’ll do fine with that. I also got on Curl Mix that made my hair care regime SO much easier!
