Great looking recipe!! A pasta recipe without tomato sauce and a ton of cheese!!! I'm older now & sensitive to tomatoes. I love tomatoes and tomato sauces, I just can't eat them like I used to. I love cheese too, but I limit my intake Only bcz I'm older. I can still eat chicken, but when I saw the picture of this recipe, the chicken looked like salmon at first!!! So I tho't, next time I buy salmon, I'll try this recipe with salmon instead of chicken!! But this recipe looks great!! I can't wait to try it!! 🍗🍤🦞🍣🥦🍅👍👍👍💖💖💖 Love this!! Food is food. Food doesn't harm you and food doesn't heal you. Food is just food !!! But now I'm 70. Certain foods affect me differently these days. Just a recommendation, I have been making my own alfredo sauce for like a year now. I love the taste of pecorino, fresh grated, and mixing that with minced garlic, heavy cream and butter. Not necessarily in that order, but should try adding some fresh pecorino, if that ain't your bag, you can use the traditional fresh parmesan. My sauce has never tasted more dank with fresh pasta.
