I have to say, this family is truly awful. They become even worse after they become regretful. The remorse makes them look even more ugly. It's like the remorse is only there to bring sue mo back into the fold so they can torture him even more.

I think the sisters do have some hope of redemption, but in order to do that they'd need to cut ties with their parents and especially Junja; but that's just not something they're going to do. They just want a return of the status quo. Even if they believe him about Junja, they'd just say 'we'll have Junja apologize too, so come back' so he doesn't bother telling them straight up

This MC has really gone through all kinds of things... That no matter what they really are crying wolf.... Every kind of way of reconciliation they already tried it wrongfully...to the point that MC has already anticipated MC has really had his heart so torn, broken, crushed, pounded and disintegrated... literally,no way for revival... It's a good thing he's money oriented cause if he were to enter a romantic RSHIP he would need deep therapy first

This has to do with the plot, The family name can mean ancient/suffering/perseverance, hes father named him Moe wich is a horrible combination meaning Dust/Eat Dirt/Dirt. Hes mother was opposed to this but didn't fight hard enough so now hes name has the mental image of "worthless" and it was done deliberately by the father.

So far the story is a good listen. I have to say though this family is a little off it screws. The main character has every reason to despise his family. But he also should make the effort to see if they're actually feel any kind of remorse. I personally don't think it was necessary to beat his step sibling or adopted sibling play everyone can see you. I mean people change over time the be honest I don't think he should forgive them but he should lay it out in front of their faces that he is not a door mat. That's my take on the situation of the story♥️♥️♥️♥️💖

Damn, saying he'll fight his father to the death if he hit him one more time with a ruler. That reminds me of Transformers prime where Predaking says “Strike me again, and I will bury that rod in your spark.” 28:00 It's really crazy how mom can't comprehend the problem that the sisters are laying out to her. They're receiving 100,000 Yuan a month while Su Mo is only receiving 500 yuan. That's only 0.5% of what they receive so there is no way in hell Su Mo can survive on that. And mom's brilliant response is that "So as long as he's not starving, it's fine." This not only tells them that he's being treated unfairly, Borderline child neglect/abuse, but this also tells them that Su Mo may actually be serious about not coming back since he'd be better off financially anywhere else. But mom can't seem to get that into her thick skull. I'm certain Lawyer sister understands just how bad this actually is, if Su Mo wanted to sue, they won't stand a chance.
