One tip on the noodles AB. Instead of boiling, soak the noodles in some room temp water instead 👍🏽 Once you add the noodles to the hot Wok, the consistency of the noodles will be just right.

I make mine the same but I like to use fresh noodles & shrimp.. Fresh ginger really enhances the flavor but them I luuvvv ginger

For those of us who are watching carbs, you can certainly reduce the amount of noodles. The cabbage makes the dish really stand out! And to experience a whole other world, mix you some shrimp in along with the chicken! One of your best dishes yet. "Wok On"!!

I like my noodles with a hard fry on high heat first. Then introduce the meat n veggies into it. I like the soft wet noodle way also. But prefer fried.
