This event turned out beautiful and looked like fun despite everything and above it all, it exuded warmth and coziness which I think is perfect for Mother’s Day tbh I think the ‘chaotic’ parts definitely broke the ice amongst the women. Nothing brings people together more than having to work together through a crisis 😭 your friends gathering together under pressure was amazing! And the way you keep your cool through it all… you are incredible!

Two things…1. Sam needs an ReTV uniform that says…”It’s fine!” She is a trooper! Love her! 2. Shout out to you Raven for keeping it together and being flexible enough to just go with it. At my big age of 48 I’m still learning how to do that…I’m such a perfectionist (Virgo moon/Virgo rising) that I shut down and shut out when things don’t go as planned. And that ruins it for everyone. I think it was still very lovely. And it’s always a pleasure to see Chef Toni! Oh and your event was on my birthday! 🥳

Scary! 🤣😂🤣😂 I once had a full blown meltdown bcuz my ex husband went to the post office to mail something for me and buy a book of stamps and he just bought the book of stamps and used one out of it to mail the letter. As an appreciator of all the thought, purchasing, making, coordinating, and other work that went into the fantastic set up in the garden, I hold space for all the thoughts and feelings that you, and your team, and other organizers and makers may be feeling. As a viewer, and partygoer (to other venues), I say/add to the theme the other folks are saying in the comments: everyone at the party is enjoying themselves. They sound and look satisfied and glad to be eating, drinking, and comfortably sitting together chatting and enlivened by the friendliness of one another's company. Cricut tip: instead of getting the cricut brand transfer tape, get clear contact paper. It’s like $5 a roll at Target (kitchen section) AND you won’t have to de-stickify it! Love the video, amazing job as always! ❤

Everything still turned out so well! I’m not sure exactly how much space you have in your living room but if you ever needed to throw another dinner party inside, maybe move the couch and coffee table closer to the patio door? Or even moving your coffee table to your bedroom or garage might free up a bit more space in the living room.
