Idea for a future story: MIL seems like the typical Monster-In-Law towards DIL, but it turns out she caught DIL cheating and was afraid to tell OP(Male) because she thought he wouldn’t believe her. So she started acting like the mean MIL in order to expose the DIL’s true colors.
