Regarding Noah’s mourning of her father- Sometimes no matter how much of a monster your parent is… they are still your parent. My father before I was born and then as a baby was abusive to my mom and my siblings who actually aren’t his, it’s haunted my sister, though she’s supportive of me. I never knew him, turns out he passed away when I was 18, I found a yr later via those ancestry things. He was a monster, yet he’s still oddly apart of me, my mom says I have his charisma. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s weird you feel like you should hate and celebrate your abusive parents passing, yet sometimes on some level, you just can’t.

"Noah's betrayal of Nick" no he's the one who betrays her. Yells at her, breaks her heart, kisses another woman and leaves with that woman to imply he's gonna hook up with her. Read the book to understand that Noah was only meeting up with Nick's mother to help him get access to his little sister.

Yes Noah betrayed Nick dumbas. There is a REASON why Nick yells on Noah, it's because of his anger and the feeling of betrayed by your own partner. His anger made him kiss that other girl in front of Noah's eyes. And it's justifiable. What Noah did with Michael was wrong in the end, and it's really her fault.

Definately. Movie is kinda different from the series,but in original book one Nick kissed Sophia first and betreyed Noah. According to the books,Noah was used (on the drugs/pills/smth that Michael gave her) so sex with him was not her intention. I am so annoyed that majortiy of people consider this situation Noah's fault,as in original book,it wasn't.

@RuxsoraRustamova-y3p I'm annoyed that they made the Noah and Michael night together look mutual, however Nicole Wallace herself says she doesn't think Noah should feel guilty. Think about it, she swears to Nick that she loves him and will never abandon him, but he just turns his back on her and has a revenge kiss. It's horrible, as Nick is the one who knows how much her ex-boyfriend Dan hurt her by kissing someone else.

Remember that Briar stole the keys from her bag so she could not go to her apartment, therefore she was forced to go to Michael's place. She told Michael she just wanted him to hold her, but Michael kissed her and things escalated from there. Noah was heartbroken about Nick and Michael took advantage of her when she was vulnerable.

Am I tho the only one who hates how this follows like 40% of what actually happens in the novel? They changed too many important scenes and paint Nick in such a different way. Ugh I couldn’t wait to watch this movie because I loved the first one so much but after having read the book I’m so disappointed in this second movie. I've read the books, and really enjoyed the first one, second one was okay but frustrating, the third one..the first half of the book is difficult to read, but yes, they do eventually have their hea! Basically, first half of the third book Nick backtracks on any character growth and starts sleeping with Sophia 🙄 I thought this was a really missed opportunity. I mean, we've been invested in this couple for 2 books and to see him basically be with someone else was hard to read for me personally. Nick and Noah are separated separated 18months all together, although it's clear that they still love each other. Another reason it's hard to read is because in the books, Noah literally begs Nick at one point to get back together. Like, fair point for her to apologise for what she did, but Nick wasn't innocent either; he did a whole lot of crap leading up to the breakup as well. I was waiting for a proper talk through of what had happened, but it didn't happen. Around half way through, Nick and Noah sleep together and she gets pregnant. I don't mind surprise pregnancy tropes in romance books if it's done right, but I'd have much rather them get back together before they found out that Noah was pregnant. Idk😐 third book left me disappointed because I think there was a great opportunity to show maturity and growth for both characters, and them growing back together, and instead we just got chaos. They do have a happy ending though. Married with an 8 year time jump and two children, so there's that 😅
