Baked fluffy potatoes with cheese and ham
This potato, ham and cheese dish is perfect for lunch or dinner.
A delicious recipe!
Ingredients:
Potatoes - 1600 grams
Mozzarella - 250 grams
Raw ham - 100 grams
Grated Cheddar cheese - 150 grams
Grated parmesan - 50 grams
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper, rosemary - to taste
Chilli flakes - optional
Chopped green dill
Boil the potatoes.
Prepare the Bechamel sauce from 40 grams of butter, 30 grams of flour, ½ liter of milk, as in the video.
Cut 250 grams of mozzarella cheese into slices.
Season the Bechamel sauce with salt and pepper.
Grease the cooking pot (diameter 28 centimeters) with olive oil and add 5 teaspoons of the prepared sauce.
Cut the boiled potatoes into thick slices and season with salt and pepper. Pour a little olive oil and mix.
Place half of the potatoes in the cooking pot, covering all the spaces, sprinkle rosemary and 100 grams of grated Cheddar cheese on top.
Put the slices of raw ham, the slices of Mozzarella cheese and the rest of the potatoes.
Sprinkle rosemary.
Add the rest of the Bechamel sauce.
Sprinkle 50 grams of Cheddar cheese, 50 grams of Parmesan cheese and, optionally, chilli flakes.
Pour a little olive oil on top and put the dish in the oven preheated to 190 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
The potatoes are ready! Sprinkle with chopped green dill and optional chilli flakes.
