Awesome video dudes!! And here’s a quick overview of my Firefly experience: I had a Firefly as well, and the hardware broke SO easily! I ended up buying new stuff for $50 CAD with shipping (I literally live a province over), because I had a terrible time getting stuff from him! I’d definitely recommend something like a Nabalis or Squid product over it, just because both companies have awesome communication😄 Enough of my rant, thanks for reading guys!

Trust me guys , when you get a flipforge edit Lite OR the normal edit. You will ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT. My edit lite with crescent blade i can only describe the balance & weight distribution to be like a tanto kraken. It carries momentum through tricks EFFORTLESSLY you can flip EXTREMELY slow or fast and it just works. And in my eyes , the customizer makes the edit the best plastic. ESPECIALLY for the price to performance ratio at 50$, if not for shipping times. It would easily replace the squiddy as the poster child of plastic balisongs.

😂yesss🙌 5 months in balisong and $3k+ later my favorite is too my krake raken tanto and trainer. Tho the squidtrainer v4 on bushings is a hefty pleasant surprise. Tsunami gets it for beauty and elegance. I can just hold it and be satisfied. The sv37 trainer tsunami is equally remarkable. Prysma and serif are great with the best tolerances. My new obsession is a slifT. The glidr screw driver with vulp alignment t10 is the best tool combo. My Rasta colors flip forge fills my plastic trainer spot. Great fun video.

My Vulp has completely gone to hell… so I’m restoring it. Im gonna sand off the anno and the blade coating, anodize the the handles different colors (at least one of them is going to be gold the other probably red) and acid wash and mustard stain the blade

Hi! I love my Nautilus V2 too! But I have some issue with it that I hope I could get a solution here. First, the tap issue of mine is really bad, I sent it back for warranty for the first time, and it came back perfectly at the beginning. But, the same thing happened, after about 30 minutes of flipping, it starts to tap. Now I'm send it back again. Second, the G10 under the pivot sets is a little bit damaged, and as a perfectionist, it drives me crazy! I looked for replace scales online and got nothing. 😭😭😭

Squid Industries sells replacement scales for the Nautilus on their website. They're under the section for the Nautilus here: www.squidindustries.co/collections/nautilus As for tap, it all depends on how bad the "tap" is. Almost all balisongs have a small amount of movement to them in the handles. When you shake the handles, is it a loud, audible tapping sound? Or do the handles just jiggle a little bit and not make any sounds? If it's the second one, then your Nautilus is completely fine. I've personally never had tap issues with the either my Nautilus V1 or V2, even after I absolutely destroyed the Nautilus V2 in the review I did on this channel, so I can't speak much to "fixing" it. But make sure that you are oiling it regularly and that the screws are as tight as they can go, using a proper torx bit. Otherwise, sometimes tap issues just happen, and it may just be on Squid Industries to properly fix it for you

Also, the scales they are selling are blemished, which I just can’t stand as a perfectionist 😭. I really hope that they can sell some good ones, so that people like me can easily replace them, or even do some really cool customization! BTW, I just got my Krake Raken v2.5 three days ago (which very sadly that they just released the v3 today), but I still love it! The orange on it is just beautiful! Right now I'm waiting on a cheap balisong to arrive, the CSGO Asiimov butterfly knife (yes it sucks for flipping according to the internet and yes I bought it because it looks fucking good) so I'm new to this community and haven't participated in it because this is my first knife. I am only 13 so I can't really spend a shit load of cash on knives bc I have financial hardships like trying to get all the maps for WaW, BO1, BO2 and BO3 zombies. You'll occasionally stumble upon a VERY vocal VERY small minority that hates the Krake Raken Trainer, but otherwise most would agree it's one of the best balisongs ever created. It's very well made and very durable. I personally am not a fan of the slight ring of the blade, but you might love it. And that can be changed with the blade mods by Zippy Balisong. So it just depends on how good they tuned the specific units. I talk very in depth about tuning/durability in our review of the Nautilus V2, so give that a watch
