I don't know if Koe has found this out yet..but if you use her Overactive Devastation super while in Resonance Blaze mode she has a follow up attack (I always check out the RB supers to see what changes) and she during the whole thing, even her non RB version..is wearing Torchwick's hat.

I'm absolutely loving Neo! I haven't watched any RWBY/RWBY Chibi but I love how charming her animations are, and her playstyle is super fun to just mess around with once you get used to it. I especially love the effect that happens when a clone disappears or when she teleports too! I play Carmine/Teddie and Naoto S/Hyde, but I'll definitely have Neo on a third team she's too fun to pass up. I pray Kokonoe gets in soon, I'd love to play Neo/Kokonoe

neo isn't the kinda character i like to play but i did notice she and yumi have some strange hurtboxs, from my testing (haven't tested on everyone but did most of the smaller characters) they are the only ones my good celica combos drop on and need to be altered for. jsut thought i would share this detail

I cant have her replace Chie or Ruby yet. Chie as anchor is a must for me to play this game at a diamond+ level, and ruby is just a good support for her, but Im having the same combo theory ideas I had with chie when I first started playing, like abusing her jump refreshes is so fun, but Ive only found her EX dive kick as a means of comboing into a distortion from juggling the enemy into yosuke's level of height. At least the combo does 8k so im not complaining

Yeah neos lots of fun, she has really long strings and great assists. The only thing I'd say that could be changed for her to be more balanced would be the slightest nerf to damage on some attacks. Other than that I LOVE the mind games she can play

It's a little awkward at first doing delay jB if you aren't used to delay inputs. It takes some time, try to stick with it for about a week.

@@rainofkhandaq6678 I personally like hazama's changes a little bit more now, considering I base my teammates on how they work together. For instance, yuzu Hazama used to only be able to work with yuzu's loop. Now he is more viable for cross combos if needed
