I've barely made it 6 minutes into the video and this gal has already won me over with how personable she is!!! Her saying "...that didn't make sense, of course you're gonna use the whole roll..." just cracked me up!!! That was great!!!! Most people edit, edit, edit, and then edit some more so it's super refreshing to see someone being themselves! It's old watching people who record TONS of clips repeatedly just so they can cut and snip all the best bits together. I admit that I'm not a professional in anything tv related, or anything even remotely, but (in my opinion) it seems like it would take some of the personal enjoyment out of presenting clips like that...I also believe that having your own personality shine through adds to the video...when we see the presenter's interest and enthusiasm, then in return viewers become interested and enthusiastic!!!! Thank you! Now if you'll excuse me I wanna finish enjoying this video!!!

One time I was watching my grandmother make gravy, and I said “it’s burning”, and she said “no it’s not”. Wait a few seconds “grandma it’s going to burn”. “No it’s not”. She knew exactly when to add the liquid. It was probably the best gravy I’ve ever had. Perfect flavor. She uses water for The liquid too.

Thank You !!!!! I will be making this before the week is over....what is not to love about this I LOVE biscuits & gravy & hash browns....so I will call this : "Judy's Breakfast Casserole" when I have my 5 girlfriends over for a late breakfast on the 21st of Dec. We are all between the ages of 78-84, so I lied when I said "girl" friends...we are all old ladies and I will lie to them when I call this "Judy's breakfast casserole"....BUT...I will tell them the truth before we are through, and even tell them I referred to us as "old ladies" I have them and a couple of other old ladies, over for dinner twice a month and we play dominos, laugh and get together at senior clubs 2 times each week. We stay busy and are still full of life and thank God that we met each other (7 yrs ago) at "our playground" the senior centers. Thanks Jan, I love you for sharing this recipe and yourself with everyone. I may even make this for my family's Christmas brunch (If they say there will be room at the food table..lol) Merry Christmas to all !

michelle nuzzello ....there are biscuits but they are a different thing altogether, our biscuits are in packs of about 30, what you would call cookies but ours are crunchy. I suppose the closest thing we have to what you call a biscuit is a scone but they are sweet and we eat them with butter cream and Jam and we call the whole thing a cream tea, and it comes with a pot of tea obviously. Hope Iv made sense of what I was trying to say🙋🏽Have a good day👍🏽

Oh boy that looks yummy :-) We're having a big brunch buffet on Christmas morning this year instead of a big dinner because both of my girls have to work the day after, so this recipe will be one of the dishes on the menu. Thank you for posting it Jan..
