I got White Rocks from them years ago. Not only did they lay well(even in the winter time with no extra lighting), but attained a very large size, while remaining a friendly bird.

Silkies are a great beginner chicken too, very docile and great for kids. You have a great variety of chickens. 🐔

Absolutely! We have had 3 batches (23 total) from them and have zero complaints. All the chickens have grown up healthy and beautiful. Plus their customer service (at any time of day) is always friendly and prompt! Thank you for the kind words and support, glad to have you here. 🥰

Thank you! Chickens are great! What breeds do you have? We feed a local feed mill’s feed most of the time and Kalmbach feeds when there is a good deal we can find since it usually pricier.

I got my feeds from tractor supply 16% layers crumbs. Egg’s production are very slow. Someone suggested I should buy the more protein type. Thank you!

We do like a little higher protein, especially in these cold winder days. Another good option is supplementing high protein treats like meal worms/black soldier fly larvae, corn, and peas. We buy frozen bags of the veggies and microwave them for a few mins to give a nice warm snack!
