I associate Christmas with bright summery colours because our Christmases are so hot and humid in Australia! I wear a lot of blues and corals around Chrissy. I do have a Halloween shade from Glisten and Glow called Vein Slayer that is a perfect Christmas polish, it looks like candy canes…or blood splatter depending on how you look at it. 😂😂

Wow, Emerald Gala is beautiful! My go to for Christmas is a white with a topper from Northern Nail Polish called Rockin' Around. It looks like a deconstructed Christmas tree in a bottle! Green holo triangles, yellow stars, multicolor small round glitters for ornaments, and a fine holo for the lights. It is so cool! 🎄

I'm so new to and excited about nail polish that I'm wearing anything that looks pretty without considering seasonality. A new polish every couple days is like giving myself Christmas in a bottle all the time! lol. The Starrily green is beautiful, and so is that A England, *mwah!* Waiting for my pre-order to arrive from Color 4 Nails. Right now, I'm wearing A-England's Anne Boleyn. It's a little too maroon-leaning to look good on me until the light hits it and then the glowy red sparks are mesmerizing. Their formula is lush and easy to work with, thank you to Kelli M for sharing the brand in an indie spotlight video. Next up, I'll try Bat Wings from A England! My holiday polishes so far have been OPI Im Really An Actress (it is perfection!) paired with an accent nail or two of Orly Head in the Clouds, OPI Salty Sweet Nothings, and KB Shimmer Mistletoe You So. Too many faves! Oh I also just received KB Shimmer Candy Cane Crush which I'm gonna put over OPI Clean Slate for this weekend! When I was little I was a Candy Land girl-also loved Simon, and Clue. For Christmas (and probably from Dec 23-26) I will wear Fancy Gloss Christmas Party over Orly Vintage. For new years eve I will wear something silver and shiny with Zoya Leopard Spots over it. Silver with black crackle. I haven't picked the silver yet. It might be Blackheart Always & forever, in the little skully bottles or it might be Orly Saute or Holo Taco gift receipt. I have a lot of silvers. Jan 1 or 2 I will do a palate cleanser mani with a pale neutral like Zoya Dove or Patrice. Something very quiet and soft.

Great choices! I have to say that my surprise favorites for this holiday have been Wallflower Lacquer “Frog and Toad” and shimmery emerald green and Polished For Days “The Wanderer” a shimmery red. They go together so well and I wore them for days and had to make myself take them off to use my other Christmas polishes 😅 Starry Eyed is great but I’ve been using Bottle Service so much from that collection, I don’t even (usually) like golds! But the way that shimmers and sparkles and pops on anything or even by itself, has won me over! Happy Holidays and take care! As much as I loved the HT 'Starry Eyed', I actually liked 'Foiled Again' more. Foiled Again's finish just makes me happy, especially when I paired it with Starrily's 'Christmas Lights' glitter polish. It's like wearing ornaments on my fingers. (yes, the Starrily is not original to this year, still fun). I thought that OPI's 'Let's Scrooge...' deserves an honorable mention. It is a beautiful green.

I’m old (44) so pick up sticks bc it’s a great memory with my cousin when I was really young. I loved games like frogger and later Mario Kart. As for those polishes they’re all so gorgeous and I love green. I have a beautiful dark green here I love so much. For the holidays though after watching your videos I found KBShimmer Yes we Cran and omg I’m in love & so easy to work with 😍 I do wish I ordered the green to red duochrome for Christmas but idk something about Yes We Cran just had me and I love pinks which I know it has a red base but I definitely see pink and ofc many other colors going on in that beautiful polish. Thanks for the recommendation. I also ordered ILNP Pixie Party just because I was mesmerized by it and I haven’t put it on yet nor worked with Jelly’s (honestly didn’t know what that meant at 1st) but I think it will look beautiful over black, pink and sm other colors. I love that you can make iridescent polish into a whole new polish. 🤩 I can’t wait to order more from indie brands!!! I already love Zoya, Orly, OPI and so many more but I’m so ready for magnetic polish. You should post your favorite magnetic nail polishes of the year even if it’s later and if you already have let me know please ❤

Love the bright greens and the first red. I just wore KB shimmer baking spirits bright. It’s a must for me every year since I got it last year because it looks like frosted sugar cookies (my favorite). My family and I took a library class last night and the sugar scrub we made incidentally looked just like it when we added their sprinkles lol. I remember playing Pretty Pretty Princess with my dad 😂 He humored me as a kid and definitely wore most of the jewelry. I don’t think he’d do that now lol (I’m 35). I’m not a seasonal polish wearer, so I’ll wear pretty much any polish during any time of year. My favorites for the winter holidays are either neutral nude shades or darker more elegant/moody shades. Right now I have ORLY Vinyl on because that was what I really wanted, but on Saturday I could switch to flourescent pink and be totally happy 😂 I think I care more about having a nice, fresh manicure on the holidays, regardless of color. Sometimes I’ll match my outfit if I’m feeling extra as well 😂

I always love a red and green mani for Christmas. This year is Holo Taco Sacrificial Lacquer and Wicked Potion, slightly aura style with Reflective Taco on top. I really love emerald gala over black. I might get that one and candy cane lane. I love red and green reflective polishes, too. I usually use them over Holo Taco Red Licorice and Green Taffy. One coat covers pretty good and it's not too thick.

And for NYE I'll mostly be dressed in black, red and golds and cannot choose a polish so I'm going with my favorite black-red multichrome Obsidian from KBShimmer. It should capture all the various shades of red with a touch of metallic for the golds I have in my dress, jewelry, makeup, and other accessories. Plus only one polish to put on!

I've started my Christmas manicures with Au by Starrily and topped it with Star Cluster by Starrily and you ! So pretty. That toper is my all time favorite. And Au is the ultimate gold to me. I'll be doing Alien Invasion by Mooncat in a few days the I'm a MF Super Nova also by Mooncat. Have not yet fully picked out my New year's but looking at one from KB Shimmer with snowflakes in it.

Oh my gosh I love that! Au is definitely one of my all time favorite polishes - I never thought to combine it with Star Cluster but I bet it gives such a unique and festive look!! I gotta try it 😅😅

@@KelliMarissa I debated doing a coat of Bread and Butterflies (Mooncat) over the Au but I always seem to defer to that topper LOL. People have been stopping me to ask me what polish i am wearing. Au is awesome!

Love all your choices as usual! ;) Would add Rogue Lacquer’s Mystery Christmas Crelly which is a red, white and silver flakie in a white crelly; Rogue Lacquer’s Put A Wreath On It; pretty much all the Christmas polishes that Clionadh Cosmetics released for the holidays (and they have the most AMAZING eye shadow multichrome pallets that I’ve never seen anything like); and lastly a small brand that I’d love to see get a spotlight which is Rain Dance Lacquer’s polish The Conclave from The Witcher’s Destiny Part 2 collection. It is a forest green crelly with lots of vivid red to orange aurora shimmer. Although not marketed as a holiday polish it is a stunning choice. Happy Holidays Kelli! Beautiful picks as usual. I love Bottle Service from HT holiday collection. I'm wearing it now. I think I'll do a simple mani with Favorite Sister & Foiled Again for Christmas. I have loads of ornament stamping plates that I can have some fun with. 😁 My favorite game as a kid was Street Fighter Alpha 3. I have been playing it for 20 + years & haven't beaten it yet. 😂 I'm terrible at video games, but still like playing.

My Christmas manicure is blue with snowflakes. It's the jelly sandwich you recommended. I of course had to put my own spin on it. So I'm using Orly Royal Navy as the base and as that is not shear I'm using Sally Hansen hard as nails Sturdy Sapphire as my jelly component. I'm just in the swatching stage but it looks awesome!

My husband got Donkey Kong Country (first one, I would guess) for Christmas one year as a kid and spent all day playing it. He still talks about it and thinks it was the best. I loved Barbies as a kid and my sister and I played Monopoly a lot. We could recite all the Chance and Community Chest cards word for word and we knew all the rent rates for every property. We also knew the order of the board off by heart 😂 it's so funny to think about now 😆

My favorite christmas polishes are say love and fir coat from ilnp together!! say love is my favorite red of all time. I plan on pairing it with cookie cutter and good as gold this year for a christmas skittle mani :)

I picked up a polish from PPU July rewind that is the most stunning red I’ve ever seen. It’s by Wildflower Lacquer called Perhaps a Christmas Gourd. It’s a deep cherry red with pink to orange shifting shimmers. I was dying to wear it so I wore it last Sunday & will wear it again Christmas Eve & day. I never do anything on NYE anymore. Thanks for the video. I figured you would have more red than green. 😂

I have to get Orly Spark! Last December I think I only wore greens and honestly by the end of the month… I was a little tired of green 🙊 I LOVED all the pokemon games but my sister did have the cheat guide books and I definitely used them - especially on those dark caves with boulder puzzles lol. This reminds me.. I was a big Series of Unfortunate Events fan and I had a game but I remember getting stuck and not having any clue what to do next. I need to check if I still have it!

I really like the ILNP nightlife collection. I found the purple and pink to be too similar, but they look really cool. I think I'm going to go with the KB Shimmer mistletoe you so multichrome. With maybe reflective or holo on top. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Saw something about you going through things so I hope you feel better soon.
