The locket that undertaker takes everywhere with him, has the date and name "13 July 1866, Cloudia P." Aka Cloudia Phantomhive aka Ciel's dead grandmother carved into it. So that information tells us that Undertaker was close to Cloudia. It's also canon that Undertaker personally knew Vincent Phantomhive (Ciel's father) And there's many theories that Undertaker is actually named Adrian Crevan, and could possibly be Ciel's grandfather. Grim reapers (in black butler) are humans who have committed suicide, and as a punishment by God they're forced to collect souls until they can enter heaven. Which would make sense for Undertaker. His possible wife, and possible son are both dead. Which could of led him to suicide. Of course those are theories. But as I've stated there is some evidence of it. So, if Undertaker is infact Ciel's grandfather, he would only be around 100 years of age, or less.
