Shout out to Roger Slifer. Yugioh was a huge part of my childhood in the 2000's. I hated to hear that such talent was wasted by a drunk driver that hit him. RIP a TRUE legend

I don’t know if noticed but that lady was looking thru books on shelf was flipping pages with fingers trying to see if there was money in them. Along time ago people put money in books ,pictures anywhere they could hide money . My daddy used to put money in tin coffee cans and bury it out in woods he would do this to hide money from mama cause she would spend all his money. He did not believe in putting his money in banks when I was a kid so that’s where he would store it. So when he passed away my sister dug all the back woods up looking for cans of money also she torn all the walls out looking for money in his home .daddy told me he had to store the money for a rainy day in case he needed cash😁I sure miss my daddy he’s was a amazing man great videos

That was an amazing estate sale. I can’t pick a favorite. Watching/listening while repairing a vintage quilt I picked up; turning into a labor of love that I’ll never make money on selling based on all the hand sewing repairs it needs. But I’m happy to have rescued it!

On your box Yu-Gi-Oh! box if you take a little kid’s Elmers glue on your finger it will hold down any loose pieces of paper on the advertisement part of the pkg, very little. It works on stickers from older vintage toys if they’re starting to lift. Great estate sale!!

You MUST keep and wear that frog buckle! Surprised how cool I thought those square dance pins were. Such great stuff. And honestly, given the story behind it, I would probably keep that Slifer. You've probably got an ugly old cursed mask on a shelf it could replace...
@FroggyFlips3 жыл бұрын
I thought they were super cool too. Probably the fact that’s it’s a collection that someone was passionate about for soooo many years. I’m kinda leaning towards keeping it myself...but the mask aint going anywhere either 🤣😉🤙
@maryallen10173 жыл бұрын
All the fun & wondering years her parents square danced and collected all those pins and she sells them all for $2.00. That made me cry. She should have made a memory shadow box or framed them with a few pictures of her parents square dancing. Or keep them to hand down to the next generation. It would have been a wonderful memory to have & keep of her parents. Instead she basically thew away the things her parents loved and was proud of. I could have never sold them pins. So sad. My heart is broken. I'm very sentimental when it comes to the life my parents lived and the legacy they left. I miss them everyday.

One thing for sure, the estate sale gods have been smiling on you lately. I'm sure your uncle had fans too! :) In the garage, I saw you being drawn to your old ways. You touched a few things but passed them by - and you grabbed the Dorothy doll, nothing like broadening your horizons. I haven't 'known' you that long but I've definitely seem some changes in your buying. Are you selling items to people by message before they even list, I haven't seen many of the things you've picked up lately. Anthoney, as soon as you mentioned the frog belt buckle, I knew I wanted to get it and give it to you. Then you said you were keeping it so please let me know what you would have sold it for. Another good video!

You should not be worried when someone says "comps" ... after al lmost of the people I visit with at estate sales etc. run a side hussle just to make ends meet. And that is either ebay or a booth up-town 3 days a week all besides their regular job. So, relax, it's ok, sometimes we score and sometimes others do! P.s. put some bubble wrap in your bag so your treasures don't bang together so much!
