Hello , greetings from 🇨🇦.. your ingredients in this gingerbread recipe are very interesting, I have one question ..Are the cookies soft or crispy ?

Thank you and welcome 🙏 The cookies are relatively thick , therefore quite soft inside. Then again, if you want them really soft, simply bake them less - 8 or 9 minutes instead of 10. 11 or 12 minutes of baking will get you really crispy cookies 🍪 So here you go, I hope this was useful 🙂🌲
