The cheesecake looks great, but egg proteins are super fragile. I would suggest creaming all of the wet stuff together and THEN adding the eggs one at a time, folding until just combined. It'll take the texture to next level.

It's not about being negative Nancy that someone said. Or trying to be nasty with comments. But someone needs to help her understand it's way to much sugar and fats for people. God forbid for trying to help someone understand she's going to help someone get diabetes or other medical problems. She doesn't even look like she eats much of her own stuff she makes.

Well Justine, u went and did it. U triggered me. I got a Pillsbury box cake out of the pantry and have it in the oven right now. Not the box....i did mix it with the proper ingredients first. Ive got 20 minutes left on the timer.
