I have been doing face/throat exercises for about a year. Don't see much with my face. I was on my way though for a sleep study for sleep apnea. I was waking up trying to get my breath. Started to do the recommended exercises and it seems to be gone. They work on the muscles of the throat area. I am quite pleased with that outcome. ❤

I would try them if I did not have short hair. I would not be able to hide them. I saw a slight difference in the before and after but I agree with everyone, you are beautiful and you look fantastic. I think we all are hyper critical of ourselves and often see things no one else does. I was happy to see you post again. Two weeks is too long to go without a dose of Lou. You are so witty and I think I always learn something. :D

I bought the last two you showed. I tried the tape without the stretchy deal. 1st time, I thought I'd just try the little tape for jaw. Well, I tried a few times, and now all tapes for lift have been tossed in my closet. My hair was a problem, I tied up hair well. Still got it stuck in fine hairs and hurts when i tried to pull tape out of it. I was frustrated until I saw your video on the same products, and il be digging tape out and try it again. You have GAVE me the want to try again. At least the tapes cost less than 5 bucks, TEMU so it's not like a beauty shop price that's expensive for a rotten chopped up haircut that makes a person cry . Rather, cry from spending less for a bit of pain that i dont need to grow out.. LIKE bad hair cut. Wish me luck. LOL 🎉😮😊

We’re the same age and my jowls are so much worse 😝 I love the way the face tape makes my face look, but I can’t get myself to wear it “outside” because I’m afraid of my hair blowing in the wind and exposing my lie 😂😂
