In Russian, there is no word that encompasses both light and dark blue - there's голубой (goluboy) which means light blue, and синий (sinii) which means dark blue. I think that's true for a couple other languages too. There's a whole historical precedent for separating light blue from dark blue!

My fav is the blue holo. Totally agree that it is an "all seasons" polish. Yes to seeing a dark blue favs video. One thing, please leave up the shots of all of the polishes on your finger a bit longer so that we can see the names again. 0:53 There is no exact Tiffany blue nail polish. For Audrey is darker but is pretty close. China gaze took their chances there because Tiffany will sue anyone who uses that exact color which they created and now own? So weird. I can see if a jewelry company uses that color as their signature color it being a problem, but other than that it's just nuts. I frankened an exact Tiffany blue for myself. It's a really beautiful color.

I'm not that big on light blue either. I've always preferred dark blue. In fact....I only own three light blue polishes, and those are Bippity Boppity Boo from Simply Swirls, Hard Bitten from Sally Hansen, and Coming in Hot (Holographic) from Salon Perfect. Other than that...all my blues are medium to SUPER dark.

Youre not wrong. It is absolutely not the Tiffany blue. I believe (but I'm not positive) that Tiffany has a patent on that exact shade. Honestly, there's alot of polishes that basically are Tiffany blue, so I really think OPI missed the mark there. But it's still pretty. The cuccio was closer 🤣

I agree Kelli. I like light blue, but I never wear it(for clothes mainly). Because it does not suit me at all. I guess it has something to do with my skin tone, hair and eye color. Etc. I have hazel-ish green eyes, so I prefer to wear greens, browns, etc. More natural colors. But I also love to wear black. I think black suits eveyone. 😉😆

OPI Gelato on my Mind is a really good Tiffany Blue dupe. The formula sucks, super thin but ther color is bomb!

So many to choose from...love them all...but blues, purples and greens are my go to. Love bonbon, a little embellishment, sea glass, and cat's eyes I think take the most fav.

Recommend good gel polishes!? Are there any good indie gels? (Normal indie has cooler colors and glitters and such) No regular polish for me but totally still watching 💙

Hm I'm not sure I know of any indie gel! You could always use a gel top coat over indies you like!
