I remember the bus murder because at the time I was still an Insane Clown Posse fan. The victim was a huge fan of their music too.

I live in the area where this happened. From what I remember he didn't have a machete. He had some sort of knife and scissors. And he only nearly decapitated the victim. At one point in the trip a passenger said that Li took the scissors and was cutting small pieces off of his neck and eating him. And then when it was first noticed and everyone got off the bus
