These two are so nice. When I got my Bronson 990v6, I decided I didn’t need my other 990’s and sold them (part of my downsizing). But these two, especially castlerock, have me thinking hard. In the unlikely event they go on sale, I’m dead. Nice review, JD. 🙏

Love the Castlerock, first time I saw a v6 that I wanted right away. Having the blend of colours instead of an almost all white sole like the regular 990v6 models looks soo much nicer and balanced to me. Hoping I like them as much as my 990v4's, which I'm definitely buying another pair of soon as well.

These shoes are so beyond gorgeous, it's such a shame how long the V6 fit. I have wide feet and bought my core grey pair half a size down in wide width and they're still too long for my feet. I couldn't imagine wearing them at my true size or in regular width. Would have instantly bought these if it weren't the case

Funnily I find the Action Bronson V6s to be longer than the regular ones, these I find ok

The suede on the castle rock pair looks slightly better, but I could be wrong, and perhaps that’s just because of the color.

Really depends, USA models tend to run slightly bigger than the same size in other models. I always buy NB in size 11 in US or non-US models which is my TTS. What I find is the US models are always a bit bigger, but I like the extra space. The non-US models are always more snug in comparison in the same size. So size 8 in 990v6 will be bigger than your 1906R most likely, but it depends how snug they are on you. If the 1906 is snug or tight, I'd go for size 8 in 990v6 if you want a slightly bigger fit. If the 1906 has extra space already and is not snug fit, then go 0.5 size down in the 990v6 so they aren't too big.
