Doug Duboi's book is fantastic, but it should be forbidden to make a book where a picture covers the whole page. The fold in the middle completely destroys the pictures, it is useless for the experience

Well, for one with an enlarger you're printing from the film itself. Using a computer printer you're printing a digital image of the film. Basically, using an enlarger maintains the analog aspect of film

OK Mr V, 2 questions for you.... are the lens mounts on the Mamiya RB67 PRO SD the same at those on the 645? Question #2 Are the film backss on the RB67 and the 645 interchangeable? I'm considering the 645 for backpack trips as the RB would kill me : ( SO cool to see the Intrepid!!! Living in a rather small apartment, that would really hit the mark!!! It would be so awesome to develop film AND do my own printing!!!

How can you charge 30 pounds for a zine? That's a lot of money. Zines emerged as a means of distributing art & ideas cheaply among counter cultures, they're suppose to be accessible. It strikes me as tasteless and a little bit damaging to the idea of a zine as a whole to make such an polished product and sell it as a zine. Why not just call it a book?
