4:01 to counter that 4x weakness against dark and ghost, i fused it. If you fuse it as second one, you keep the ghost typing (for stab astral barrage) and the dual ability. (Endless run)

I think they should add the ability to have a pokemon start as its evolution if you spend a bunch of candies on it, like once you've maxed cost reduction

If you already got it from an egg then you can catch it in classic mode
