About the last DSW. The key is this: the double showcase winners are ALWAYS announced last. Thus, since both got the double, the person on the left gets it because she is the last to be announced.

the only time that the "2nd person" should know they won is if the person who got read 1st "would had won both showcases under normal circumstances"? ( the 1 dollar difference ), as there is always a chance the second read was an overbid or slightly more than 1st read differential....................... only way (it seems as the rules says "the winner" ( one with less difference without going over ) has to be 250 or less in difference without going over ) to have both winning the double showdown would be if both had the exact same differential? ( which has never happened )

In these cases, yes, the dsw is read second. Makes sense because it ends the show on a great note. The last one Bob had to read the one that was a little higher first. It didn't necessarily mean that the other person was going to be closer though. Maybe he did it for suspense.
