Laughing so hard about the purple people. You are so right?! 🤣🤣🤣 Like what is it about that color that makes the people that like it want their whole lives to be purple. That Vintage Vamp shade reminds me of Cirque Colors Jetsetter. It’s one of my favorites! Maybe the Cirque is a little more pink though.

Purples truly are the best! I don't have a large nail polish collection but like half of them are purples 🙈 Some of my favorites are: Lavender syrup - holo taco. A lovely cool toned lavender Paradox -cirque colors. A magnetic that shifts from pink to purple to blue. Salem - ilnp. A purple that shifts to a dark green Madeline- ilnp. A gorgeous reddish purple. Bearly awake- kbshimmer. Pink to purple thermal with flakies.

Essie’s tangoed in love is *chefs kiss* but even with a base coat it stains like no one’s business, Orly’s Synthetic Symphony is close enough for me to be a non- staining substitute :) 💜 Sinful colors let’s talk is one of the COOLEST polishes you can get at the drugstore, it’s really cool with matte topcoat too!

I LOVE vintage vamp from Studio M! 😂 It lasts for ages without chipping on me too. My friend used to live in WI so she sent me some Studio M polishes a few years ago. I wish I could get them here 😂 I always want to see an irl comparison of Essie 'tangoed in love' & Orly 'Synthetic Symphony'. They both look eye searing in photos but slightly different shades. I guess I'll just have to buy the Essie shade if I really want to know 😂 Sinful Colors 'Let's talk' is such an amazing shade! It's what I call 'Cadbury Purple' (like the chocolate wrapper) & I have a strong nostalgic fondness for that particular kind of Purple (which I blame on my Britishness 😂) My bottle is half full, which is almost unheard of. Lol, Our Manshapes sound very similar in the enabling sense - I'll have 10 shades on my PPU/HHC wishlist & ask him to help me whittle it down to 4 bottles.. Every month he's like "Why not just get them ALL?".. 🤣🤣😭 (he doesn't understand the stress of trying to curate a collection of this size lololol) Dang.. The Karaya website doesn't work anymore - I was going to try & sign up for the newsletter 😔 I'll put my fave Purples in a separate comment because I can't decide off the top of my head and this comment is way too long already 😂 OPI - Tomorrow Never Dies will definitely be on my list though 😍

I just looked at the Orly and Essie side by side and it seems like the Essie is a touch darker but that could just be because it's matte. Also Cadbury purple is the perfect description! That's gonna be stuck in my head now. I checked the Karaya Polish website the other day and it was still up, just locked, that's so weird! I hope she comes back!

You picked some good ones!!! My number one favorite right now would have to be Wrap it up from KB Shimmer. OMG this polish lol The rest as fallow Blue Bird: Suck it to me, Sinful C. :Let's talk, Circque :Juicy Fruit, Kellis Solar F. as much as Bitchin' from Cirque (almost the same, Kellis a bit darker and Cirque has a bit more depth I guess), and last one from Sally Hansen : Purple prism, very beautiful. Btw dont know if you fallow the "trends" of color of the year but this year Pantone's color of the year is Very Peri! If you could make a video about that, what your suggestions would be, whats in your collection, that would be awesome! Thanks for another great video!

I am not a huge fan of purple for anything, so I have maybe a handful of polishes that could be considered purple, and most of them I got by default in Color Pass boxes. That being said, I REALLY like the last one you shared, that Karaya polish. It's gorgeous, but registers as much more a burgundy to me than a purple. Burgundy's I absolutely LOVE and have a bazillion of them. Your makeup looks gorgeous BTW :)

I was on the fence about including the Karaya Polish. I was like it's got Grape in the title so it's probably purple haha but I did feel like it leaned burgundy as well. Also, thank youuu!

I think you might like Bugaboo by Cadillacquer, they make some really nice purples, Cirque colors also has some really nice ones like Dusky Skies or Juicy Fruit. Oh and Emily de Molly too, they have soo soo many nice polishes, purples and beyond. I'm also a lover of purple so i understand that there are never enough of those 😅

I am a purple person as well. So much so that when I would buy cloths, if the item came in a different color other than purple, I would make myself buy it in the other color, or I would end up with a completely purple wardrobe.

Love the Zoya Adina! Purple/pinks are definitely my go to. I have Orly's Alexandrite by You and it's amazing! OPI DS Imperial is great too! Wonder if you can put the brand and name of the polishes that you're reviewing on the screen? I like taking a screenshot when I see polishes that I'm interested in! If it's a pain, no big deal!

First, sounds like you have a great boyfriend. I went thru my purples they are the highest number of bottles I have at 75. MLF-Eye of the tiger, KB Shimmer-Chroma Chameleon, Quixotic-Chatoyer. I picked up 13 Dimension Nails from a destash one is Purple Gallmule it's only been swatched but I know it will be my favorite cream. Thank you for another fun video.

My gateway polish brand for me was Revlon and a color called Oh Beautiful. While a prefer a great cream polish I'll dabble in glitter on occasion, my favorite will always be OPI's Teenage Dreams. Much like your November I just spent way too much on Color Club right now.

Huh. I just went looking for my favorite purple nail polish to tell you about it. That quickly became a hunt for ANY purple nail polish… my collection is fairly modest at ~300 bottles, but I have less than a dozen purples. The favorite of what I unearthed is definitely Enchanted’s Bonjour Paris. Are glitter multi chrome toppers a thing? Because I think that’s what this is. I have it over black on my swatch, and honestly can’t remember wearing it. Purples just not my color. Teal, on the other hand 😂

What are your favorite nail polish removers? I’ve been using the Zoya nail polish remover because it works really well, doesn’t smell terrible, and doesn’t dry out my hands/fingers like acetone. However, it can be expensive and it runs out pretty fast for me.

I tend to just use 100% acetone. Very drying, I know, but I make up for it with moisturizer. I know some people make acetone additives that you can throw in to make it gentler.

@@MediocreManis It took a few weeks working on it- I had space to do about 45-50 at a time. I typically did three coats, unless something was absolutely a two coater, and then top coat. I labeled with a labelmaker. It was actually a super fun project! And your dad is right, you do need a 401k, but you also need a fun hobby that makes you happy, lololol
