Guys, it is related to FOV. Most optics rely on 90 FOV to look correct. Some more magnified optics like 3x/6x, specially using PIP, will have thick black around it when you change your ingame FOV to other than 90.

It's insignificant, but I wish they'd fix the PASGT helmet. The uniform camo option doesn't work on it anymore.

The issue with the blurring scope was limited to the magnifier when using the TAA. I found these method that override some default TAA settings. Try to modify the file Engine.ini inside: AppData > Local > Insurgency Saved > Config > WindowsClient with these lines: [SystemSettings] r.TemporalAACurrentFrameWeight=0.6 r.TemporalAASamples=2 r.TemporalAACatmullRom=1 There will be a much better response with the TAA when using the scopes and generally a much crispier and clear visual experience. The drawback is that will load a little more the gpu.

@@thenoobwalk5768 magnification was bugged and you couldn’t see through the scope, something similar happened to the OKP sight as well but had too much magnification. Would have showed a screen shot but I didn’t have any footage of it when it was broken

@@Leo-hk6qg i can be facing the entire opposite direction and I still get blinded. I can be on the other side of a doorway and still get blinded. I can be on the other side of an objective and still get blinded. Deafened is one thing. Blinded and slowed movement is ridiculous.

.11 Sensitivity with 1500 DPI was my old settings. I usually rock 1000 DPI nowadays

@@dragonkght320 Insurgency is a more of a realism/tactical game, the Calibers/ROF more indicate recoil, running a lmg without proper use of the bipod is hard unless youre one tapping

@@wombatnation1709 no sir I’m on ps5 2 updates ago 2x holo basically had way too little fov being obstructed by a black ring almost like eye relief on a scope hard to explain if you dont shoot but it nerfed the he’ll out of the okp the most they fixed it tho as far as im aware

the fov in the magnifier on this one was much lower compared to the other sights with magnifiers i believe a similar issue for the okp-7 happened but it was the opposite of this one, you'd have a way larger fov compared to the others
