You don't really need all that much speed. If you hoist the front wheel up with a quick jolt, your body weight will naturally fling forward and a quick pedal stroke will get you up and over. Not that I know what I am doing or anything, lol, but this works for me...

For some better video, I'd recommend messing with your white balance in the gopro settings. When I'm riding, I leave mine usually at 6000, but I'd recommend being anywhere between 6500 and 5000. Your colors looked a bit flat but I could still tell you were shredding!

@@ark8tct It looks like she may have had in on auto there. or something like 2000. I haven't experienced with lower white balances, but higher white balances make video look more colorful and saturated, and gopro auto white balances usually make things look somewhat flat and very white
