I have been on Lamotrigine for 10 years for mood disorder , Cyclothemia & now having terrible side effects . Have recently greatly reduced sugar intake, doing intermittent fasting. 2 weeks now of using 100 mg instead of 200 mgs of the Lamotrigine. Soooo tough even as I add optimized Zaffron & other suggested vitamins, minerals, herbals to support mitochondria . Any suggestions are welcome 🙏🏼 🐞

I'm on Spironolactone to treat acne. Spironolactone increases potassium, so I should not take potassium Chloride to aid in my tapering off of Lamictal?

Only time helps. Often supplements prolong withdraw or trigger waves.
