My hairn8s growing like crazy and my baby hairs have come back in, it's got to be in part due to the ayurvedic products from Curls & Potions. I use their scalp mask every week as a pre-poo and not only does it feel like an expensive spa treatment but the results have been overwhelmingly positive. It's got to be the fenugreek and shikakai. Ever since I incorporated fenugreek specifically into my hair routine it's never been the same (in a good way). It's by no means a replacement for regular doctor visits and properly managing my chronic illness, but it does help.

Hey Nisha 👋🏾👋🏾👋🏾 My best body care item is the goat milk soap from Beekman 1802. My skin was so dry where I needed oils, creams and lotions just to feel moisturized. Now, washing with the goat milk soap, I don't even to add anything more on my skin. They also face and body items all made with goat milk. Game changer! 🐐🐐🐐🐐🐐

Hi! Gotta try Donna recipe and Miche gels. Naturium is a really good brand. I have the lotion. Those Dolce vita boots are exactly how I like boots! I prefer 2 inch boots because I respect when orthopedic doctors say to not have long lasting damage to feet, knees, and spine. I want to cane free for as long as possible 😅
