TOMO-ZO上手い！！TOMO-ZOの弾くリフはセンスに溢れている。2番でカッティング変えてきたり、めっちゃ面白い。目を、てか耳を、離せない。ライブでは音量あるようだけど、CDとか音源でもっともっと音量上げてメロメロ主張してほしい！

Tomo-Zo is easily one of the most facile and musical guitarists playing today. If I played guitar, I would lap up all of her tutorials. I thought about her contributions to Gacharic Spin when I heard Journey - Toto in concert on February 11th in Greensboro NC, and absorbed what Steve Lukather (Toto) and Neal Schon (Journey) were doing throughout the evening and reflected on Jeff Beck's passing and his contributions. I appreciate what others are saying about the subdued level for T-Z's guitar. How does her instrument come across in live performances, that is, in the hall itself? I think the audio mix is just right, where you definitely hear her but you also hear everyone else. That seems to reflect her personality: she brings her very best to the band but is also infinitely considerate of everyone else, especially Koga's and Hana - yuri's rhythmic grooves.

In addition to making tasty arrangements and being a great composer, Tomoshan's right hand technique is actually really good; her pinch harmonics are always spot on, and her alternate picking is way harder and faster than it seems (pick Renai-switch as just one example). Thanks for uploading! It's a pretty neat compilation.

Tomo-zo is such a fantastic guitarist. Knows how to accompany a song with a lot going on in really well and how to write a cool and creative guitar solo! Her great understanding of melody from being a singer really helps her compose effective guitar solos. If I had one complaint it would be that they don't turn her up loud enough, although I understand why they don't, with everything else they have going on (many vocal layers, keys, pads, a lot of complex bass work, etc) turning any one instrument up too much outside of for specifically required effects will just cause a mess in the mix, but being able to hear all her ideas front and center would be a real treat for this guitarist at least.

Yes, her guitar just sings! She has so much control over no matter the style, sometimes making me wonder if she's ever pushed herself to the limit or where the limit is🤭

Tomo-Zo is spectacularly skilled and just so at home with her guitar. I just wish she'd get some longer solos. Just when you get into what she's doing and start to really enjoy it, she turns down and gets back into the song. Great discipline, but let her just take five or ten minutes to take us to another planet, or just play a bluesy groove and take us along with it. She can really play anything Eddie Van Halen could do, but I wonder if Tomo-Zo could do justice to Hendrix?

Great choices! I would have added "Shout Down" solo from the 2018 DOLL$BOXX concert. I can perfectly play this one on air guitar, it's amazing 😄 And the instrumental from the same concert but with Gacha, she has lot of amazing solos in it. "Roll Playing Life" has a great solo very good choice and I'm so glad you put the solo of 'Days", it's one of my favorite song from the album. But My favorite solo from their latest album is the Tomo-Zo' song "Magic Umbrella Girl". That solo rips off. I think she uses all the effects of her pedalboard on this song 😆

That was a hard selection process and the one from "Shout Down" was sadly taken out at the last moment 😂 just didn't want to put that much emphasis on DOLL$BOXX (but they are so good...) I actually made some efforts to cover the solo from Days twitter.com/FWang28531436/status/1462284755047755782?t=X_Zq0VppRsr4p-9WQag1Ug&s=19 I would've included the Magic Umbrella Girl if there had been a live video available.
