Another one to put on my favorites list. There's one other home that has the walk in closet, in the bath. It's the FLAGSTAFF SUPER LITE. I'M IMPRESSED WITH THIS M ODEL. FLAFSTAFF HAS W/D CONECTIONS IN THAT CLOSET. THIS IS SUCH A PERFECT SPACIOUS CHOICE FOR THOSE THAT DON'T WANT A W/D . THANKS FOR THE TOUR. LOVE IT..

Have to say Glad to see they are coming up with better ideas, and the bigger Fridge is a Plus. no one will ever complain about a bigger Fridge that is one of the best layouts i have seen. And that extra room with the mirror and cabinet, that was great.

We have a 2021 327VIK and lived in it full time for 18 months. We still use it seasonally. It is a fantastic unit! So much storage for us when we were on the road and more than we need for weekend camping. I love seeing SportTrek being shared.

We bought it brand new. It had only been on the lot 2 months. And I'll be honest, 3 years ago, I don't recall, but it was north of $50k at the time, I believe. @deanvarewyck2988

I would warn anyone looking at a 2021 camper from any manufacturer to go over them with a fine tooth comb. Campers were being cranked out quickly. We have a long list of build issues that we are still finding, the worst being finding we've had 3 years of water intrusion because they didn't properly install a window and it's seal. Because it was at the top of the window, we never saw it. I still love my unit but who knows what that'll cost us in the long run.

I agree. This is easily a favorite of all of the campers that I have seen. How about looking at one of those little Teardrop RV's that were on the lot? I have seen a couple and it's amazing what they can fit into a little space.

My concerns: is it 4 season ready? Does it have a good amount of storage and counter food prep space? Are there cabinets above the walk around bed, sofa and countertops? Electric fire place is a must. Automatic levelers.

This is my favorite layout and look but too big for us since we only have a half ton pickup and we want to camp in the mountains mostly so too long. If I were ever thinking about living full time in a trailer, this would definitely be the one!

You do a great job on Modular Homes, but need to do better with Travel Trailers. The GVWR, length, and width are very important. Also the size of the Refer is good to know, the brand of the tires etc.

I've been looking for a travel trailer with everything that I wanted, and this one is the first one to have it all. Downsizing from a 4300 sq ft house to a travel trailer, there has so be extra storage, due to I'll be living in it full time. Time to live simple and enjoy life.

You did not mention the outside awning, was it powered or manual?, was the toilet porcelain or plastic VERY IMPORTANT and the heater and Air conditioning unit. Very important when you look at buying something expensive like Travel rugs. Overall very nice and THANK YOU FOR SHARING 👍🏼

You missed the opportunity to provide a lot of information. That is why I prefer the videos from Haylett RV: 1. Technical Spec Data: Weight (hitch, loaded, unloaded, …), length, etc., If the RV surpasses the capacity of my vehicle, why wasting 10 mins of my time on something I know in advance I will not buy. Please consider outing a chart at the beginning of the video with all the specs of the coach. 2. Construction: Azdel or no Azdel, walkable roof, sealed/waterproof counters, solid wood cabinets. Walls; laminated or vacuum bonded? Just a walkable roof, people need to give maintenance to the roof no matter the warranty. Will not be important to know if the roof is walkable? 3. Features: Microwave oven convection or not, oven typical 17” or bigger 22”. Fridge 12V or A/C-DC-propane, etc. Solar prep/ready? Size of the fridge, for example, typical 8 CuFt vs 10.7 CuFt. 4. TV or entertainment center has DVD or streaming capacity? People have kids to entertain. 5. WiFi booster antenna? Cell phone data antenna? 6. Suspension? 7. A/C 13,000 BTU or upgraded to 15,000? Ducted A/C or not? 8. Bed - standard size queen bed that we can buy bedding at any place (e.g. Walmart) or camp queen that we must get special sized bedding? 9. Travel accessibility? Show it with the slide-out closed to see if the bathroom, bedroom, or fridge will be accessible in travel mode. Say is important to the buyer to do bathroom stops on the road, will that be important to show? What about the buyer needs access to refrigerated prescriptions or have small children that he may stop for drinks or snack on the road, will accessibility be important? Can the fridge be kept on during traveling (12V fridge vs propane?) Will any of these be important to know in advance? 10. Black tank flush? Winterizing ready? 11. Tank sizes? Heated or enclosed tanks? 12. Storage is important in an RV. Show everything close and then open. Emphasize that. Guys must sell this to momma before buying. 13. Outdoor kitchen/sink and/or shower; do they have hot water? 14. And much more…. I guess all your clients buy pretty things instead of getting something practical. Then they will need to buy something 3 months later, losing money in their 1st RV purchase because your dealer didn’t help them. This video is worthless. A waste of time. Not even the model number so the person can research

Very nice. If a camper like that can have good storage, why not some of the single wides??? You asked how we are doing. I am cold and bundled up. Got home from taking hubby to the eye doctor to find one of the sump pumps had died, the basement is flooded and that means the furnace isn't working. We usually go through a sump pump a year due to a high water table, and I had even found him some waders to wear when he goes down there to fix things, only his eye(s) are in bad shape so I don't know how is going to fix it. Meantime we do have some space heaters if needed. At least it isn't as bad as the coldest weekend of the year over a New Year's weekend, they forgot to fill up our propane and we went 4 DAYS without heat! I made them pay us for all the extra electric we had to use to stay warm enough not to freeze. I have bad arthritis and this cold isn't going to be good for my joints.

I like everything except the shower. Those rounded corner showers are tiny! I’ve had 4 travel trailers. My current one has this awful shower, so I’m going to trade it in for one with a roomier oblong shower before our summer trip.

Hi Chance, Some info people REALLY want in RV tours are size of the lp tanks 20 or 30lb., ?how many batteries does the rack behind the lp tanks hold... is the toilet plastic or porcelain... is the microwave a convection microwave combination? Important details, ya'know.

Flat back wall of unit very bad going down the road it creates a negative vortex you will get no fuel economy Very negative handling every time a semi passes you you will be praying and leave your finger prints in the steering wheel you always want a trailer that curves at the top and when you get down by the tail lights the wall tapers off or slopes in to help break the air vortex being. Created I had a travel trailer back in 2002 I use to drive semi truck

You didn't show the best part!! Inside that little cabinet in the bathroom closet are washer/dryer hookups! (You have to remove the cabinet but it's just 6 screws.) Also, didn't look behind the TV. Tons more storage space there as well as under the bed!! I'm thinking about buying a 2022 and I'm so stoked about this model!!!! Full time, work from home, RV'er and this has everything I want! Bathroom layout is a little odd though. Wish it had sliding doors that were at least 27" wide so I could fit a 27" washer back there. Closet is 27" wide but bathroom doors are only 22".... Wouldn't mind a bigger shower but I find the one I currently have to be adequate and it's basically the same.
