I'm from Puerto Rico and found your channel yesterday while searching how to frost fake cakes for a Harry Potter gift I'm preparing (trying to recreate Hagrid's cake on a circular box). Your video style and personality are the best! I too have the same Emeril's kids cookbook! I prepared his scrambled eggs and pancakes the most when I was younger... which makes me think I should visit memory lane and prepare them again for the nostalgia.
