My Cheoy Lee Pilothouse is laid out the exact same way with the exception of a watch berth in the pilothouse, and steering off center to port. My range is half of that with twin Ford Lehman econo-power 100 hp diesels. And I have a flybridge and a hugely over built paravane stabilizing system. Mine is FG and almost 50 years old. Classic layout.

If this hull is steel and the superstructure aluminum - how is it possible to fuse these two materials together without causing electrolysis?

Seen how its done in the Bearring Ship yard on the new boat for Naughty guy. They buy a strip of steel on one side and aluminum the other side.
