I must say that the interview could have been done better, this looked like it was an advertisement for the guest house and nothing about food, the guest was asked about his life before any food was mentioned, you could tell he loves KFC more than he loves banku....anyway, I'm no expert but I think that you should keep the microphone near your mouth when you are speaking and near the guest's mouth when they are speaking, so that we are able to hear, hoping that the next interview will be better and the conversation flowing naturally! 👊🏿
