The SS chopping board is a bad idea. Steel/glass/marble ruin the knife edge very fast. Quality wooden chopping boards are best.

Hi dear..I may tell you recipe in brief.. At first boil milk and add little bit lemon juice or you can also add vinger then the chena (panner ) will be separated from milk and then take a cotton cloth put all the milk with chena and squeeze it tlet the access water take out and put it in mould or a. In a box anywhere..it will be set in 30 minute or 1 hour..the panner will be ready..
