I was really surprised how nice the hotel was. The location is perfect too, close enough that you don't have to walk far, yet still quiet at night. I only stayed for 1 night but regretted the decision as soon as I was at an inferior hotel nearby. Thanks for watching pavXX.

Cheers Steve. Pattaya has much better gogo bars, more women and is cheaper. Patong has better clubs, nice table dancing beer bars and a decent freelancer scene but is a bit more expensive. I like both but for different reasons. If you are only going for the girls then I'd say Pattaya, but if you want girls and a nice holiday then Patong is great too. Also Patong has great beaches and more touristy stuff to do if that's your thing. Thanks for watching and enjoy your travels :)

Touch of class about that place . Loved the mirror looking into the shower , have to barfine two girls at least once while staying there to take advantage of that . Waterfall in the dinning area a bit noisy . Guessing that was The Gigi as that's last on your Patong hotel guide and the prices looked about right . Since you appear to have omitted the name .

Regards to this (Note: The Gig Hotel has recently changed their policy and now charges a 1000 baht girl joiner fee (early Nov 2016). May i know does this apply to Gu hotel as well? As i know Gig and Gu is under same company. Some hotels are still free for this.

I never recommend hotels that change their guest friendly policies. My advice is to phone up the Gig hotel and ask them directly if the Gu is guest friendly. There are plenty of other Patong guest friendly hotels recommended on www.bangkok112.com.

As what i know that some hotels do charge such fee but for the 1st lady is free and as long as the following nights are still the same lady it will still remain free otherwise 500-1000 baht charges impose. Hmm...i guess its quite difficult to try other hotels since this guest friendly policy are not the same for all. I won't want to get any such surprises :)

What do you mean "You must stay alone first"? Do you mean that you must spend at least one full night alone, then from the second night there is no joiner fee?

It just means you have to stay alone in the room for any girl you bring back to be free. This is standard in the guest friendly hotels in Thailand. The max room occupancy of hotel rooms is usually 2. So for example if you and a male friend stayed in a room then one of you brought back a girl you'd have to pay a 'girl joiner fee' as you have to register the girl so bringing the room occupancy up to 3. So if you stay in a room alone any girl you bring back is free and this brings the room occupancy up to 2. Does this make sense or have I given a really long answer where a short one would've done? :)

Yes. That makes perfect sense. The room rates are for two, so I guess it's okay to have 2 people, but more than that and you have to pay. I think I was just a bit thrown by the way you phrased it in the video. Thanks for the info.

Hotels almost never list this info. That was one of the reasons I created guides on www.bangkok112.com for the best guest friendly hotels in Bangkok, Pattaya, Patong and also Phnom Penh (Cambodia). It's still my favourite place to stay in Patong as I love the rooftop pool and facilities. Make sure to book at least a month ahead and you'll get a great room price :)
