In this video I show you my favorite tennis vision drill. It’s called the VOR and it trains a crucial reflex that allows you to track the ball properly.
I used to get very blurry eyes when I was younger in large part because my vestibular system wasn’t functioning well. This is one of the most important exercises I used to fix the issue.

Richard, I have just done the drills and after an initial short period where my focus was not too good I adapted quite quickly and could focus well on the thumb while doing what you demonstrated. I am going to continue with this training but you see much improvement over time with training if you can do this quite well?

Tennis Hacker, I really like this . I could do all the drills well after a bit of initial work, it was not too great for a few seconds but I adapted quickly. I am going to keep doing this but if you are doing it well do you actually see much improvement over time?
