In this video I show you one of my favorite vision assessments for tennis players. It assesses your ability to use both eyes together, so that you can judge distance effectively. This is really important for reading the flight of the ball and for your timing. It also helps to assess eye alignment.
The great thing about this assessment is it also turns into a really good training exercise as well.
