I confirm everything she said. C Korean skin care is mostly affordable and lightyears ahead, especially when it comes to sun protection. Here my top picks: Beauty of Joseon: relief sun rice + probiotic SPF 50 ++++, the moisture cream called Dynasty This sun protection doubles as moisturizer and is very lightweight, no whitecast, very pleasant Even lighter is the hyaluronic acid watery sun gel by Isntree, SPF50++++ as well, I use this in the hot summer month as it is super lightweight. Missha: perfect cover BB cream, SPF 42+++, almost full coverage, if you have a tan you might not find a good shade match. In Germany we get only three different tones which is fine for me with fair to light skin tone but I don’t know about the whole shade range. All corean skin products ( I repeat: all of them) are crueltyfree. Many of them use fermented ingredients and tiger grass. If you have dry skin and you are ok with non vegan formulas: Missha bee pollen serum is a relief for very dry skin like no other but it contains bee pollen and snail secretion which is not for everyone.

I always wear a kn95 mask on planes now and at the airport- with exposure to all those people it’s a petri dish situation. As we get older our immune system function is also more sensitive to time zone changes/irregular sleep patterns, lack of exercise, lack of real foods. Also look into your zinc and protein intake ❤
