I've been using Lume for the last couple of years. Every time that I run out of it I miss it. I have the Dove antibacterial body wash that I use first. Then I use the Lume unscented acidified body wash. I like how soft my skin feels afterwards. Plus I know that I'm either gonna do kettlebell swings or get on the rebounder or both during my day. So the Lume deodorant has been very helpful as well. I'd also recommend using a glycolic acid on the underarms at night. Sometime (most of the times) I still put the Lume on over it. There are people who swear by using an acne cleansing wash with benzoil peroxide at least on their underarms or their whole body in the shower and then using The Ordinary's Glycolic Acis toner on their underarms. I can't say that is something that I've done mostly because I like using Lume. But it's from those people in the comments under dermatologist videos that led me to using glycolic acid on my underarms. Also maybe once or twice a week I'll put glycolic acid on my lips at night and then put lanolin or a thick cream over it. This really has helped me not have chapped lips.

Ketra I’ve been waiting for a video like this, do a extra video on clean hair clean mouth / behind ears and yes body odour and changing underwear regularly which hold old odour updating underwear / bras knickers so many people forget to wash up smalls correctly please use napisan to wash your underwear and update small regularly, I also find carry wipes helps immensely in summer and changing your towel regularly also helps keep clean Thankyou boujee Queen for the tips 👸 💞💞 Ketra I believe you would always smell divine.
